Career Services Support Designed Specifically for International MBA Students
Pursuing an MBA abroad can be overwhelming, even for the most ambitious 28 year olds. Outside the comfort of their home country, international students usually feel alienated and left behind relative to their local counterparts due to language and cultural differences. In addition, if they then want to stay abroad and work (usually where the b-school is based), the result is a Career Services headache.
We bring a wealth of experience placing over 45 different nationalities across the United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East working for several European b-schools. Our tailored services are designed to manage international student expectations early, ensuring they take charge of their own career, planning for multiple scenarios if visa challenges arise. We offer advising services in English and Spanish, resume/CV and cover letter review, interview preparedness (see below), and general career guidance and follow up.
We work with students 1-1 via Skype coupled with on campus and virtual presentations throughout the academic year.

More than a mock interview, this service will impact your interview yield (the percentage of students who receive job offers from an invitation to interview), and hence, your placement statistics.
Using value based communication techniques based on the 5 Cs, we work 1-1 with students via Skype to help them understand and communicate their unique value proposition relative to a particular job, company and industry. We work with students to best structure their career trajectory, preparing them answer key "why" questions.
This mock interview on steroids will ensure a higher conversion of interviewed candidates to job offers received.
