I have deep expertise in Admissions, Recruitment and Career Services which has been honed through 15 years of experience in the graduate management education (GME) industry and punctuated by a passion for sales and marketing effectiveness.

As the former Director of Admissions and Career Services at ESADE Business School, I oversaw the creation of an international Career Services department responsive to a global customer base of recruiters and students from more than 45 nationalities. My 7 year tenure saw the rise of ESADE's FT MBA program in a myriad of global rankings as well as the growth and effectiveness of its Admissions and Enrollment Management functions.

Since 2010, I have been helping GME industry organizations, as well as U.S. and European colleges, universities and b-schools, define strategy, develop and present coursework and content and advise candidates and students. Clients include: the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC); the MBA Roundtable; University of Cambridge, Judge Business School; Simmons College; Berklee College of Music; among others.
